Resolutions to lose weight abounds.  Eighty million people go on a diet every year with 40 million dollar expenditure.  New Year resolutions are broken 80% of the time by Valentine’s Day.  Just how many people are successful in losing weight – 2%.

What are the secrets to “reboot” your body?  It’s not about your weight but your waist size.  Your waist size  should be ½ your height in inches.  One third of the people have a fatty liver which has to work hard in keeping your body toxin free.

Five foods need to be thrown out of your house.  These are…

  • Sugars and syrup to be replaced with whole fruits.  Eliminate one 12-ounce soda a day, you can lose 12 pounds a day.
  • White flour to be replaced with 100% whole grains.
  • Saturated fats to be replaced with “no saturated fats” food items.
  • Trans fats to be replaced with foods that don’t contain trans fats, like fried foods.

The complete two week plan to lose weight is to diet smart, not diet hard.  You can even cheat with this plan.

Day One:  Go shopping.  Get rid of the foods not allowed in your fridge and replace with healthy choices.

Day Two:  Get great shoes and walk 10,000 steps a day.

Day Three:  Cut out 100 calories daily from the foods you eat, you will lose 12 pounds a year.  Automate your meals.  Dinner should be protein, whole grains and complex vegetables.  Eat on a 9” plate.

Day Four:  Role of Soul.  Find a partner who is going to help you, not sabotage you.

Day Five:  Learn to cheat on your taste buds.  Eat spices for breakfast; eat less for lunch.

Day Six:  Call your doctor to check your blood lipids.

Day Seven:  Go public with your new diet plan.  You become vulnerable.

Day Eight:  Measure the size of your waist.

Repeat day one through day six.  By the end of two weeks, you should have been able to lose weight.  Remember.  It is not about your weight but about your waist size.
